The House of Representatives Committee on Finance has told the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria to increase the school’s tuition from N7.5m to N14m.

The panel revealed this on Thursday during an interactive session on the Medium Term Expenditure Framework and Fiscal Strategy Paper with the college authorities.

The committee stated that the proposed tuition incensement be considered as its competitor in Ilorin, Kwara State charges N22.5m.

Head of Quality Assurance of the College, Ibrahim Hirse presented before the committee, stating that the college was unable to increase its tuition because the government wanted to allow the masses attend the school.
